This year’s Te Kai Maori Food Festival in the Cook Islands was a delicious success! With chefs creating dishes using only local ingredients – no garlic, pepper, cream cheese, corned beef – the dishes were authentic and delicious! PT&I were one of the sponsors and our Trade Development Manager Mona Mato was in the Cook Islands for the event.
