We want to introduce our third mentor for KaiNiue – Niue Junior Chef Challenge : Pauline Rex Blumsky.
Pauline is a co-owner and dessert expert at one of our most popular family-owned restaurants on the island – Falala Fa Cafe & Bar. She is a keen baker and has made some amazing desserts for their dessert menu. They have some really interesting local desserts like their papaya crumble and honey inspired desserts. She also makes beautiful – elaborate cupcakes which is sold at Sassy Sissy.
