To start our fabulous Thursday off we want to announce another awesome chef that we have confirmed for the KaiNiue Food Festival!
His name is Alex Kaihea, a very talented Tongan born and raised chef and owner of the Beach House located in Buckland’s Beach, a fine dining restaurant. Alex is also a partner in The Esplanade at Eastern Beach. He has been on television, featuring in a Pacific cook-off on TVNZai??i??s Good Morning show.
