Introducing our final mentor for KaiNiue Junior Chef Challenge – Patrick Jacobsen.
Patrick is a qualified Chef from the City and Guilds of London Institute. He has completed qualifications in Hotel, Catering, Restaurant Service, Basic Food Hygiene, Small Business Management and Tourism. While completing his qualifications, he worked in New Zealand for 3 years at the Aiport Inn as a Trainee Chef and upon completing his qualification, he moved back to Niue where he worked at the Niue Hotel, then at the Sails Bar & Restaurant and finally Matavai Resort as the Chef Manager. He is currently working as the Farm Manager of Vaipapahi (DAFF) and Consultant of the FAO Test Kitchen.
